Services
Naniya Technologies provides technology services including but not limited to WhatsApp business automation, mobile money integration, custom software development, and related digital solutions.
User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information when using our services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.
Payments
Payment for services is processed through M-PESA, bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods. All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Payments are subject to applicable taxes.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided through our services remain the property of Naniya Technologies Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Naniya Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
